Height-Adjustable Pallet Unwinder

This is a versatile pallet unwind and rewind system with an electrically height-adjustable turntable. Height adjustment is carried out via an integrated scissor lift table, operated with push-buttons. With dancer control and speed regulation through sensors, the unwinder is ideal for long feed paths. The machine can unwind materials clockwise or counterclockwise and is universally suitable for applications demanding precision and flexibility.

Applications: Slower processes where a maximum band speed of 25 m/min is sufficient, such as processing tapes with low strength or width.

Not suitable for: Applications with high band speeds or heavy coils weighing over 500 kg.

Servo-Driven Pallet Unwinder
